Roast Beef and Swiss Tortilla Rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Caesar or ranch dressing
- 2 flour tortillas, 7 to 8 inches
- 2 large lettuce leaves, torn to fit tortilla
- 4 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 slices, 3/4 ounce each, Swiss cheese product
- 2 teaspoons diced red onion
- Pickle wedges, if desired
Preparation:
Spread 1 tablespoon dressing on each tortilla, covering entire surface. Top each with lettuce, beef, cheese and onion. Roll up each tortilla tightly. To serve, cut rolls into 1 inch slices. Insert cocktail toothpick into each to secure. Serve with pickle wedges.
